ARISE Through the Arts is an After-School Arts Program. Other Creative Expression Programs slated for the future include working on-site with disabled adults and children. Like all work completed by children at Wash Arts, participants in these special programs will have a chance to see their artwork exhibited and their poetry published in center anthologies, along with opportunities to share their work with the public in special readings.
“Wash Arts has opened new doors for the youth in our program by
exposing them to the fine arts and providing them with the opportunity
to discover and develop their own artistic talents . . .”
